Getting to know Jessica Bedrich

If you are reading this right now, I am proud of you for considering therapy. I believe therapy can benefit everyone, whether you are working on healing or just want to learn more about yourself. It is an honor to hear your story, hold space for your pain, and guide you toward a brighter future. I promise to listen without judgment and provide a space where you feel safe and heard. I am passionate about helping adults, children, and families heal from trauma using an integrative approach with evidence-based techniques and mindfulness. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to assist in reprocessing traumatic memories as well. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northern Illinois University. Now that you've taken the first step, I look forward to meeting you and learning more about your story! I will begin taking IN-PERSON clients in AZ starting in MARCH 2025. Feel free to start your journey with me via telehealth, and you will have first access to in-person sessions when they begin.

What should a new client know about working with you?

The therapeutic relationship is just like any other important relationship in that it needs trust to be successful. Our first sessions will focus on building trust and safety so that the counseling space becomes a space you feel comfortable sharing your story in. I believe you are the expert on your own life and I view myself as a guide beside you on your journey. Our sessions will focus on building insight into what is holding you back from achieving your personal goals and improving symptoms.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I was nervous to start therapy again after struggling a few years ago to find a therapist that worked for me. Jessica has been incredible and has me excited about starting this journey over again.
She is incredibly kind and very empathetic. Willing to listen to you no matter what, and is more than happy to help you navigate life no matter the situation. She always puts your thoughts and feelings first, and respects that your choices are your own. She truly just wants to see everyone happy and safe in this world, and know that no matter what we matter.
She is very good at making what can be difficult feel very natural. Very easy to talk too and good at keeping the conversation consistent. 10/10
