Jessica Darling, LMFT

Jessica Darling, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
My name is Jessica Darling, and I have been helping people as a mental health therapist since 2008. My style is very relational, like two colleagues sharing a cup of coffee and deep conversation. I take time to really get to know the WHO of my client. What events good and bad shaped who they are today, the way their inner dialogue impacts them, and the relationships around them. Then as I get to know my client in who they were, who they are, and who they wish to be, we start digging out the parts that continue to hurt them. Memories, shame and guilt, choices they made and things done to them. As we work through these topics we also build the positive attributes of who they are capable of becoming, I provide skill building opportunities when its clinically appropriate. I also use EMDR when needed to help my clients go deeper into their healing. Many people think EMDR is only for a small section of trauma, but it is astounding on complex issues such as current marital discord, goal achievement, even dental phobia

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
