Psychotherapist

When we are awakened by the desire to change, we may understand the what and why, but feel uncertain about the how. My belief is we are all seeking love: with ourselves, others, and life itself. Many of us carry wounds shaped by unhealthy experiences of love, and learning how to practice love in a healthy way can feel unfamiliar or even impossible. My mission is to create a world immersed in love, one safe experience at a time. My approach Change happens as we gradually bridge the gap between our current and true selves. I believe in alignment, authenticity, and learning how to be our own mother or father by re-parenting our inner child. I believe healing can be a lifestyle—one in which we move breath by breath closer to our true selves. My focus My personal and professional lived experiences have shaped my understanding of how to heal unhealthy attachments, substance use, trauma, and discover personal purpose. I am here to walk with you on your journey toward healing, health, and happiness. Since 2015, I have walked alongside adults and youth in the process of taking conscious steps to cultivate inner trust. My background includes supporting people experiencing symptoms related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance use, suicidality, trauma, and more. My work as a crisis co-responder across Fresno County inspired my return to academia, where I’m now writing a dissertation on substance use recovery and inner leadership. This type of support aligns best with people seeking transformation, healing, and a deeper connection to their true selves. My communication style Therapeutically, my practice is rooted in a heart-centered approach. Others describe my personality as genuine, intuitive, and respectful. Our therapeutic relationship is intended to create a healing space of accountability, gentleness, transparency, trust, and safety.
