My approach In my clinical practice, I emphasize a psychodynamic approach to explore your past and present and how these influence your decision-making. I also use a relationship-based therapy approach with a strength-based frame to help you develop coping skills and protective factors against stressors and negative relationships. I work well with those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and somatic mind-body connection issues. If you are facing a situation affecting your ability to adjust or regain footing for work/life balance, my practice may help you overcome these obstacles. My focus I prefer to work with adults and couples. My communication style I create a safe, non-judgmental environment to allow people to discuss what I call "the good, the bad, and the ugly." Building rapport is important; during this session, I focus on the presenting problem and gathering information.
