Getting to know Jessica Hudson

Hi there, I'm Jessica! Jess Hudson, LMFT 111493, takes pride in providing a genuine, non-judgmental, and lighthearted approach to those managing mental health (anxiety, depression, etc.) and relationship issues. Jess also specializes in LGBTQ+/GSRD (Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diverse) issues. They utilize various modalities and interventions, including DBT, CBT, and whatever may be relevant for YOUR treatment and success. Jess holds a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Phoenix. My approach Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) tends to be Jess' backbone for most things. However, they use an eclectic approach which may include ACT, CBT, EFT, etc. My focus Jess typically works with LGBTQIA+ but is very familiar and comfortable working with those who are not explicitly part of those communities! Jess loves working with individuals and couples of whatever orientation. My communication style Jess approaches therapy with a lighthearted approach, meaning they will support clients in finding the silver lining and humor in things. They also understand and respect that therapy can be challenging and that serious issues are being addressed. Jess will be with you through the discomfort and support you in your journey!
