Psychotherapist
CA
Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Loma Linda University. I want to start by saying how honored I am that you took time to learn a little bit about me and my clinical care approach. It is my belief and experience that complex-relational trauma and attachment injuries show up in our lives and are the catalyst for symptoms that resemble anxiety, depression, dissociation, hyperactivity, and various mood disorders. My approach to care is-and has to be-gentle, self-guided, and compassionate as we explore the inner parts of Self that need attention, unburdening, and healing. I have 8 years of experience and utilize a trauma-informed approach to care. The trauma-informed techniques are based on your individual needs. These techniques include EMDR, IFS, brain-spotting, flash technique, mind/body work, mindfulness, grounding, tapping, and trauma-informed yoga. We work with your brain through the use of these techniques to regulate the body and increase access to the Self. This is where the healing begins. We are on this path together! If this sounds like the journey you are interested in taking, please do not hesitate to reach out and make an appointment. I look forward to meeting you.
