What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I work from a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens, and I believe your identity, lived experience, and personal story are essential parts of the healing process. I integrate both clinical training and practical insight into my work, allowing me to support clients in ways that feel meaningful and applicable to their everyday lives. I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you move toward growth and healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions, I create a space that is conversational, reflective, and paced in a way that feels comfortable for you. We’ll begin by checking in on what feels most present or important, and I’ll invite you to share your thoughts, experiences, or challenges from the week. I work collaboratively with you, offering reflections, guidance, and questions to support deeper understanding and change. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered—so that over time, you can experience greater confidence, clarity, and connection in your life.
