Hi, I'm Jessica, and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and have been in the field for over a decade. I know that sometimes life can be challenging, and it may not be easy to decide which path to take but you do not have to make this journey alone. I am here and look forward to walking alongside you and empowering you to live the life you envision for yourself. With collaboration, compassion, and honesty we will work together to identify existing barriers and to find your inner strength to overcome these barriers. I utilize a collaborative, open, non-judgmental strengths-based approach to treatment and believe everyone has the ability to make a difference! I always begin treatment with a comprehensive assessment to include time for you to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you. I am a strong believer in personal power which I incorporate into treatment. I also believe strongly that we all have the capacity to be successful in our lives and find happiness.
