Getting to know Jessica Reis

As a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in the state of Florida, I work with couples and individuals who want to build deeper intimacy, improve communication, and feel more aligned in their relationships. My clinical approach is grounded in helping clients understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck and supporting them as they create more secure, connected, and fulfilling partnerships. My work focuses on relationship dynamics, including desire discrepancies, emotional disconnection, infidelity recovery, prenatal and postpartum transitions, and financial stress within partnerships. Many of the clients I support are navigating recurring conflict, distance, or resentment, and are ready to rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and reconnect both emotionally and physically. I integrate systemic, attachment-based, and somatic frameworks to create a collaborative and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight, and move toward lasting change. In addition to my clinical training, I am an AASECT certified sex therapist and certified financial therapist, which allows me to support the often intertwined emotional, relational, and practical aspects of partnership.
