I have worked both in private practice as a therapist and in mental health services as a counselor. My goal has always been to encourage overall growth for all those I work with, and I am dedicated to achieving positive outcomes within the therapeutic process. My therapeutic approaches include an Eclectic Approach, Solution-Focused, Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, and Relaxation techniques.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being active in my community, traveling, and experiencing new things.
