I specialize in talk therapy using CBT to strengthen emotional regulation and coping skills. My work is solution-focused and incorporates motivational interviewing with adolescents and adults. I integrate additional evidence-based approaches to address anxiety, depression, and trauma while supporting motivation, resilience, and lasting growth.
