What should a new client know about working with you?

"DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time." My path to becoming a therapist was shaped, in part, by my own lived experience with anxiety and depression. Such a journey gave me a firsthand understanding of how overwhelming mental health challenges can feel, and how transformative it is to have the right support in your corner. That perspective deepened my empathy and strengthened my passion for helping others navigate similar struggles. It's what drives me to show up for you with insight, genuine care, and a presence that is always open and free of judgment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and understood is at the heart of everything I do, because meaningful progress begins when you feel safe enough to be yourself. That’s why sessions are always tailored to your unique experiences and goals. Drawing on a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person-centered techniques, we'll work together to help you better understand your emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more in control of your life. Whatever you're carrying, my commitment is to meet you exactly where you are and support you with compassion and empowerment every step of the way.
