Hi, I'm a Licensed Counselor in the State of Virginia. I have worked with a variety of populations, including children and adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. Currently, I primarily use a person-centered approach to therapy while also incorporating cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy skills and techniques. I have a master's degree in Psychology, Professional Counseling, and Social Work, which allows me to utilize a diverse skill set to best serve the mental health community according to my clients' needs.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I really like Jessica a lot. I’ve been to a lot of providers in my life and she understands me and my issues the best. She is very easy to talk to and she is a great listener. Good goals and solutions and she keeps me motivated to do my best. I like her a lot and think she is a great provider.
