Jessica Yun, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CA
Hi there, I'm Jessica! I’m a therapist who works with adults, teens, and children navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I strive to create a supportive space where you can feel heard, build confidence, and develop the tools to create meaningful change. My focus I work with adults and working professionals experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I also enjoy working with children and adolescents who are navigating emotional regulation, behavioral, social, or family challenges, while partnering with caregivers to support lasting progress. My approach I provide care that is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from CBT, DBT, Attachment-Focused EMDR, and MAP to help clients understand themselves, manage emotions, process difficult experiences, and develop practical skills for everyday life. My communication style My communication style is warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being open and honest, so I listen with curiosity and compassion while also offering thoughtful feedback, guidance, and practical strategies when helpful. My journey to mental healthcare My journey to becoming a therapist grew from a genuine interest in understanding people, their experiences, and what helps them heal and grow. I was drawn to a career where I could build meaningful relationships, support others through challenging seasons, and help people recognize their strengths and potential for change. My goals for you I help clients turn their goals into meaningful, manageable steps. Together, we identify patterns, explore what may be getting in the way, build practical coping skills, and draw on each client’s strengths. I work collaboratively so progress feels realistic, purposeful, and sustainable.
