What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to show up as your full self — no filters, no judgment. Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and how you can move toward deeper emotional balance and fulfillment. I specialize in relationship dynamics, life transitions, identity development, intimacy challenges, and working with LGBTQ+ and non-monogamous clients. Whether we’re meeting in person or virtually, I’ll meet you where you are and help you navigate life’s complexities with compassion and curiosity.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to understand your goals and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. From there, we’ll develop a personalized plan that may include exploring attachment patterns, communication skills, emotional regulation, and boundary-setting. I integrate EFT and TF-CBT techniques with mindfulness and relational approaches to help you gain insight, process emotions safely, and make lasting changes. Therapy with me is a space to explore, experiment, and grow — one step at a time, at your own pace.
