Hi there, I'm Jesus! Hello, my name is Jesus Aceves, LCSW. I approach therapy as a safe place for clients to explore their true feelings and a supportive environment to process their lived experiences. I focus on helping clients with depression, childhood and adult traumas, and anxiety disorders. My approach My therapeutic approach is eclectic; I like to bring in various tools from different modalities to meet my clients where they are. I commonly use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT in my practice. My focus My clinical focus has been helping clients experiencing depression, PTSD, and anxiety. I have a history of working with childhood, sexual, and adulthood traumas. My communication style Working with me, you will find that I create a safe space for you to feel comfortable expressing yourself as you see fit. I allow you to be you and am as supportive as you need, but when necessary, I will be direct and firm. I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate and effective care.
