My journey to mental healthcare My path to becoming a Behavioral Health Therapist was shaped by my personal experience. I was diagnosed with Postpartum Depression following the birth of my second child. During my treatment, I developed a deep desire to provide a safe space where people feel seen, heard, and supported. I am passionate about providing compassionate and practical care to people who are struggling to adjust and adapt to changes and feeling overwhelmed by life circumstances. Helping others to heal and find strength, stability, and hope is not just my profession; it is my purpose. My goals for you I work as a team with my client to achieve their treatment goal.
