Through my experience in addiction and mental health treatment, I earned my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) credentials. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, family-origin concerns, life stressors, and substance use concerns. I also work with couples and families seeking to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and foster healthier connections. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, recognizing you as the expert on your own life. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and attachment- and family systems perspectives to support meaningful, lasting growth. Reaching out for therapy can be the first step toward creating meaningful change.
