I specialize in working with women who are victims of narcissistic abuse, codependency, adult children of alcoholics or drug users, and trauma. My approach I do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach. I tailor sessions to your unique needs, incorporating Compassion Focused Therapy, Family Systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative, Person-Centered, and Trauma-Focused techniques. My focus My most valued work is helping women struggling with codependency, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and challenges related to being adult children of alcoholics and other dysfunction. I utilize compassion-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and person-centered therapy to support healing and growth.
