Getting to know Jill Lienhardt
First of all, I love what I do and witnessing the positive changes clients make in their lives as a result of choosing therapy to help them accomplish their goals. Often, the goal is to achieve symptom relief to avoid being overwhelmed by anxiety, mood disorders, or to better manage the challenges of ADHD. Sometimes, there isn't a specific outcome identified but rather a need for ongoing support in dealing with life transitions or difficult people. Other times, clients use therapy as a confidential sounding board where they can talk to an objective outsider about situations and sort out their perceptions. I offer various ways to see and respond to situations that might otherwise not be considered. Your opinion as a client is the most important one, and I will also honestly provide mine when asked. I believe therapy can be something you look forward to-an opportunity to learn new skills to use long after you discontinue-and we can even have some fun and laughs along the journey. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Radford University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
