Getting to know Jillian Rolan

As a collaborative therapist, I work from the belief that individuals are the experts of their own lives. My role is to walk alongside them, offering tools, insights, and support that help foster genuine and lasting transformation. I prioritize creating a warm, supportive environment where meaningful change can take root. It’s important to me to honor the experiences and stories that each individual, couple, and family brings into the therapy space. Therapy becomes most powerful when people feel safe to show up as they are. Over time, that safety can grow into self-compassion and progress toward deeply personal goals. I earned a Bachelor’s in Child and Family Services from Abilene Christian University and continued at my alma mater to complete a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. My training also includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an approach especially effective in supporting trauma recovery.
