I specialize in a wide range of areas, including perinatal support, anger management, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum support, depression, family relationships, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ support, PTSD, stress, trauma, eating disorders, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, bipolar disorder, grief and bereavement, life transitions, and spirituality. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and work towards healing and growth. On a personal note, I have been married for 31 years and am a proud mother of five children and grandmother of four. I enjoy reading, spending quality time with my family, and continually expanding my knowledge as a clinician. Currently, I am pursuing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Forensic Psychology, which further enriches my practice.
