I tailor my approach to therapy based on the unique needs of each person I have the privilege to help. I earned my Master's in Counseling from California State University, Los Angeles, which has equipped me with a strong foundation to support my clients effectively. My mission is to help you gain healthy balance so you may enjoy positive relationships, fulfill your life's purpose, and achieve your highest potential. I work with clients from a strength-based focus while providing a safe, non-judgmental environment to learn and grow. It takes courage to seek help and to pursue a more fulfilling and happier life.
