My name is Jose Navarro, but my family and friends call me "Joe." I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) who uses a person-centered, trauma-informed approach with my clients. I love to work with individuals facing life stressors, anxiety, depression, relational problems, and trauma work, to name a few.
