Whether you are having difficulty with anxiety, depression, a hard life transition, self-esteem, or lack of focus and organization, we can work on coping skills that will help you feel grounded and aligned with your future goals. My communication style I provide a nonjudgmental and supportive environment, where you can feel comfortable expressing yourself. It's important to me to really listen and meet you where you are, with empathy and compassion. I can also provide down-to-earth and easy suggestions, when appropriate, to help you manage life's ups and downs. My journey to mental healthcare As an empathic and highly sensitive person, I was drawn to the counseling field as a young adult. In the process of counseling, I found that, by being authentic and relatable, I could assist clients in expressing themselves better, talking about difficult life situations, and welcoming positive changes into their lives. My goals for you I believe in breaking down big problems into small and manageable steps. When we do this, life doesn't seem so overwhelming. Together we can problem-solve and see each step as an experiment.
