If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself, you're not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in helping adults work through life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
My approach is trauma-informed, neuroscience-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I offer practical tools for calming the nervous system while also addressing deeper emotional patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
My specialties include:
• EMDR therapy to help process trauma and shift negative thought patterns
• Polyvagal and somatic therapy to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with your body
• EFT (tapping) to release emotional stress and build self-regulation skills
• Women’s mental health, including support for infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, and hormonal transitions
• Psychological testing for ADHD, Autism, Dissociative Identity Disorder, and personality disorders — for both adults and children
What should a new client know about working with you?
You’ll be met with compassion, not judgment. I take a gentle, neuroscience-based approach that blends EMDR, somatic work, and talk therapy. We’ll move at your pace, working together to uncover what’s beneath the surface and create lasting, meaningful change.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
We start with a 15-minute consult to see if we’re a good fit. In our first sessions, we explore your goals, history, and what’s currently weighing on you. From there, I tailor a treatment plan using EMDR, somatic work, or talk therapy—always at your pace, with your needs in mind.
