Before receiving my masters in counseling education, I worked with Autistic children in a clinical setting and teenagers in an inpatient setting. My typical clients are children and teenagers with anger, anxiety, or depression, especially those with ADHD and Autism. However, I also have experience with older clients and families as well.I believe in building up the therapeutic relationship enough to be direct and blunt with my clients. I use a variety of approaches including CBT and solution focused to meet the client where they are.I don't believe people have the power to change. I know it. I've seen it. And I know that if we work together on a goal that is important to you, you can make meaningful change.
