“Finding the right person and an initial whether or not you think you have the right person is so important. As we talked, he really listened to me and I feel Like he will be a good therapist match for me. It's not always easy to find a therapist that you can feel comfortable talking to without judgement. I felt so much better after we spoke than o have felt in a year.”

From the start of the appointment I felt very comfortable, he is very easy to talk to, was genuine and down to earth. I’d highly recommend making the appointment if you are on the fence about it.

I don’t think I can give a definitive opinion about the overall demeanor of a person who I have only met once. I can only say that my first impression of him was that he didn’t engage with me in a way, initially, that made his introduction welcoming and supportive of my decision to take the initiative to get help. I was very anxious and nervous about the appointment and I would think that a person who has been in the field for so long would understand that. Not be so administrative or impersonal to our initial meeting with each other. I hope it will get better as the sessions progress and we get better acquainted. Just disappointing that the first and last 10 minutes were all about administrative issues and the next session. Almost like a sales pitch to me.
