Hi, My name is John'Neiska "JoJo" Williams and I am a licensed professional counselor in the states TX, GA LA, CO, SC, and ID and I can assure you, you've come to the right place. I specialize in working with high-functioning adult women who are managing careers, parenting, relationships, and responsibilities on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, emotionally stretched, or stuck on the inside. Many of my clients struggle with emotional intensity, black-and-white thinking, or feeling pulled between extremes while trying to make sense of themselves and their experiences. I believe healing happens when the mind and body are in the same conversation. Some moments require us to stay present, while others require us to explore how past experiences are still showing up in your life today. I work best with individuals experiencing high-functioning anxiety or ADHD, and Borderline personality disorder. I am also trained and experienced in working with other personality and dissociative disorders. Therapy isn't just venting and I'm not here for small talk. I have a laid-back vibe, but make no mistake I'm here to challenge, teach, and help you grow with real change. No clichés, no endless “How does that make you feel?” That's why I incorporate behavioral and specialized approaches, including Ketamine Assisted psychotherapy, creative expressive play, and counterintuitive skills, all tailored to fit your needs. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
