I look forward to speaking with you. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Wright Institute, which has deeply informed my understanding and practice. My approach I utilize psychodynamic, solution-focused, strength-based, person-centered, transpersonal, cognitive behavioral, and psychoeducational approaches most often. I’m well versed in other approaches tailored to what each individual seeks to accomplish.
