My path to becoming a therapist was deeply influenced by my experiences in the military. Witnessing both indirect and direct trauma firsthand, I gained a profound understanding of the human capacity for resilience, but also the critical need for accessible and compassionate mental health support. Those experiences ignited a passion within me to provide a safe haven for individuals navigating their own challenges. I saw the power of healing and the importance of having a supportive space to process difficult emotions and experiences. This journey led me to dedicate my life to helping others, recognizing the strength it takes to seek help and the transformative power of therapy. My military background has instilled in me a deep sense of empathy, discipline, and commitment to serving others, qualities I bring to every session. I understand the unique challenges faced by those who have experienced trauma, and Im dedicated to providing a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where healing can begin.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
