I hold a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of South Florida. I have considerable experience helping clients gain an understanding of their mental health issues and problems with substance use. My own personal experience with addiction and depression influenced my decision to start this career later in life. I have a firm understanding of evidence-based practices that can help you overcome challenges to your recovery, and my experience and passion for this field have taught me that people can get better.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
