My journey to mental healthcare My personal experience with mental health challenges showed me the transformative power of therapy. Guided by lifelong values of authenticity, compassion, and learning, I chose therapy as my profession. Working with people with disabilities, the homeless, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrant populations has reinforced that supporting others is the most fulfilling career path for me.
