I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in psychoanalytic therapy with adults. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from San Francisco State University. I believe that this work is so much more than just talk therapy. In my practice, I choose to engage with all of the experience that comes with being you—your dreams, your fantasies, and everything else that makes you who you are. I believe in navigating your experience with you and at your own pace, without a predetermined goal or approach. I understand that the journey to healing and self-discovery can be messy and uncomfortable but also beautiful and enriching. I also believe that the psychic experience is mostly invisible and nonverbal, yet by being attuned to it, we can discover and experience it together. I work with people experiencing difficulties with relationships, challenges in experiencing joy, the people-pleasers, the overly sensitive, and those ready to make the most out of their lives by living more authentically and starting to say yes to their dreams.
