In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I'm also a Certified School Counselor and Pastoral Counselor. I take pride in being accepting of everyone, and I strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all my clients. Life can be overwhelming and, at times, seem impossible to handle. Another key adjustment is working towards accepting whatever comes your way—not in conformity, but in a resilient manner. I've learned not to back down from life's difficulties, and I am here to help you develop that same resilience. I have faced my own set of challenges and can easily relate to individuals dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns, as well as general life circumstances. I specialize in working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, military service members, and relationship issues. Additionally, I have experience supporting adolescents and teens with their mental and behavioral health, as well as helping individuals navigate family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, multicultural and diversity issues, spirituality, and trauma. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we work together to empower you and help you see the changes you can make. My approach is collaborative, and I aim to provide you with the tools and insights needed to navigate life's challenges effectively. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family and embracing the diverse experiences that life has to offer.
