My therapeutic approach consists of motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Participants in therapy can expect a compassionate and safe environment. My goal is to offer insights into your experiences, coping skills to manage and handle issues and engage in evidence-based treatment to provide positive outcomes, personal growth and self-actualization.
