Whether the challenge is a scar from the past, fresh wounds needing mending, or fear of the future – I want to help you manage these issues that keep you stuck and help you move forward. I hope that we can work together to find transformative growth through healing wounds and memories, practicing self-compassion, and gaining insight that happiness is attainable. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel University, which equips me to support you on this journey.
