Through therapy we are able to evaluate these patterns, perspectives, and behaviors, and ultimately work towards and solidify a life worth living.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I truly believe effective therapy can change lives. As a counselor, I can accurately reflect your feelings and experiences leading to more meaningful understandings, challenge you to find emotional patterns/beliefs that need to be edited, deleted, or reorganized, and most importantly foster a relationship that makes it all possible.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Whether you have prior experience with therapy or not, the first step can often be the most difficult. Do it anyways! In a world where you can be anything, start with being and feeling your best. We can get to work on helping to create the life you want to live.
