I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering virtual therapy. Life can be challenging, and sometimes we need support to help us through difficult moments. I am here to support you and help you navigate tough times. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Akron. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to assist clients with anger management, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and other concerns. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
