Many of the people I work with are teens, professionals, healthcare workers, teachers, or caregivers who are tired of feeling overwhelmed while trying to keep everything together. Some have tried therapy before and are looking for a provider who is direct, engaged, and consistent—not a revolving door experience. NYSHIP, Northwell Direct, and other major insurance plans accepted. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing panic attacks, specific phobias, and anxiety disorders. Treatment focuses on helping you better understand anxiety, feel less controlled by fear, and gradually return to the situations, places, and parts of life that anxiety may have taken away. I’m accepting new clients and offer flexible virtual sessions (early mornings, midday, afternoons, and limited evenings). Same-week openings are often available.
