I am a licensed mental health counselor with a passion for caring for people I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including mobile crisis response, teen residential treatment, and providing therapy services for parents and children involved in the child welfare system. My primary specialty is working with individuals who have lived through traumatic experiences or who are impacted by historical or cultural trauma. I also love working with people who have a variety of other goals, needs, or challenges.
It is important for me to work with my clients, not just direct how they do things. I will do my best to learn your preferences, beliefs, and background, so we can work together to help you reach your goals. I am a firm believer that therapy can make a drastic difference in improving your life and bringing balance to your situation. I am excited to be part of your journey

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
