Every person is different and has their own journey. I strive to support individuals in being open-minded, proactive, and understand the value of investing in themselves long-term success. This is why I created Cedar Branch Services. Concerns can range from Anxiety, to Depression, Mood, Grief, Behavior, Trauma or Life Adjustment. Life affects each person in unique ways. Most individuals, couples, or families want to understand the "why behind the what". Understand why these concerns are occurring. Once this is accomplished, we would develop a way to address these concerns. I would adapt to each person's own pace.

Cedar Branch Services is Virtual practice that prioritizes the client first and foremost. Based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Evidenced Based practices; Cedar Branch services can address Anxiety, Depression, Mood, Behavior, Trauma, Grief, Family and Couples concerns. Starting at ages 5 and up and offering Individual, Couples and Family sessions. Cedar Branch Services takes an open, communicative, person-centered, strengths-based approach to every individual. Support can be unique to each person. Treatment should reflect that. In both plan and approach.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Cedar Branch Services believes that every person should know the "why behind the what". When an individual or family has concerns unique to them we start every situation with actively listening to them. Cedar Branch Services will then take steps to discuss " the why behind the what" and develop a plan and pace that works best for them. We believe that the person comes first. Always.
