I believe in the mind/body connection and use a holistic approach to healing and wellness. I have advanced training from the Center for Mind-Body Medicine and hold a Master's in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton. I teach mindfulness skills in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Informed Care to assist with overcoming challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, self-care, and self-esteem. I help individuals explore interpersonal relationships and chronic stress and support them in bringing more balance into their lives. In my spare time, I enjoy teaching yoga, connecting with nature, and going to the beach.
