What should a new client know about working with you?

My clinical approach to couples therapy is grounded in three primary modalities and theories: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment theory. This approach allows for a more robust sense and understanding of our emotions, how they show up in conflict, their meaning, and what they may be rooted in. Through collaboration, I help individuals identify core beliefs they may not be aware of and how these beliefs are impacting how they talk and behave towards themselves and their partner. Lastly, this approach encourages couples to become aware of their needs and how to invite their partners into meeting them.
