Hi, My name is Juan Carlos Fernández and I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker. I have been in practice since 2017, helping people resolve issues related to depression, anxiety, phobias, identity issues, substance dependence, geriatric issues, grief and loss, stress, self-esteem, and family conflict issues. I use an unconditional positive regard therapeutic approach when working with clients as every experience is unique and subjective. I incorporate Therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Techniques, and Psychodynamic Techniques, and I always use a Strengths-based model. Together, we will design a plan uniquely tailored for you. We will embark on a journey to foster empowerment, self-esteem, confidence, and a life-affirming approach.
