What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that people of all ages have the capacity for growth and healing. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy, creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges and working toward personal goals. Through this process, I help clients build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop greater confidence in themselves. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness-based approaches, I help clients manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma while building practical coping strategies for everyday life. I encourage clients to actively engage in the therapeutic process, recognizing that meaningful growth often happens both inside and outside of the therapy room.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
