Dr. Juanita Bruno is a bilingual (English, Creole) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 17 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing difficulties in their life. Dr. Bruno has also worked with family members and their support systems regarding substance abuse and recovery processes. Dr. Bruno earned her Doctoral degree from Capella University, and believes that to understand her clients, she must also know where that person comes from. This allows her to see the entire person instead of looking at a singular part of you. Dr. Bruno uses different interventions depending on what works best including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) - informed, solutions-focused therapy (SFT), and more. She looks forward to working together with you.
