I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist in Illinois, Texas, California, and Nebraska. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University, Evanston, IL. My passion for helping others has inspired me to work with people of all ages and backgrounds since 2001. Over my 20-year career, I have worked in hospital, school, and community-based settings. I enjoy supporting adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I work with individuals and families to navigate the challenges of life, whether personal, peer, work, or family-related. My approach is strength-based, client-centered, and collaborative, empowering individuals and families to become the biographers of their own lives. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
