This experience benefits Judie in helping clients deal with workplace issues and career changes. During Judie's clinical practicum-internship training at Warrenville Youth & Family Services (WYFS), a well-established community counseling center, her client population was very diverse. Judie has conducted individual and group sessions as well as family sessions. Most of Judie's clientele are considered low SES with many high-risk factors. After graduating from an MA program, Judie was recruited and contracted as a Counselor with Christ’s College Taipei where she was assigned to help the college to re-establish its counseling center. Judie also taught a three-credit semester hours course in Career Planning and made big progress during this short amount of time. As a bi-lingual and bi-cultural counselor, Judie's style when interacting with people is mindful, holistic, and person-centered. Judie loves to empower her clients to discover their strengths and potentials and instill hope as she walks alongside them. Judie is a big advocate of life-long learning and treasures every opportunity to interact with her clients.
