Hi there, I'm Judith! Hi, I'm Judi Wolder, LMFT #116638. I partner with you to reach life balance and achieve greater joy and contentment. I use an eclectic approach and draw from many evidence-based modalities to suit your needs. I am committed to helping clients attain life purpose and full personal empowerment. My approach My approach is person-centered, eclectic, and goal-oriented, adapting to your needs, personality, and what works best for you. I emphasize positive mindset, Cognitive Behavioral Approaches, personal empowerment, strength and solution-focused techniques, spirituality, and living life with purpose. I also explore childhood issues, trauma, and attachment styles, treating these with EMDR, tapping, and hypnosis. My focus I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents (13-17). I treat mood disorders, depression, relationship issues, OCD, addiction, attachment styles, trauma, grief, illness, life balance, self-care, self-esteem, and more. Clients may call me to discuss how I can best fit their needs. My communication style I am gentle, non-judgmental, collaborative, practical, empathic, conversational, and relaxed. My clients appreciate my active, interactive style and the feedback I provide, which helps them gain self-awareness and insight. My journey to therapy I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. While earning a Bachelor's in Education, I was fascinated with human psychology, behavior, and helping people live more content lives. I taught for 15 years but was inspired to help individual students and families with their specific needs and challenges. I realized I was more suited to working as a therapist. I also experienced many personal challenges and overcame them through self-analysis. Reflecting on my life helped me understand patterns and form a philosophy on approaching life and its challenges.
